Bent Arm Barbell Pullovers Across A Bench   

What exercise does: Here we work the lats, pecs and rib cage.

Implementation: (A) Lie across a bench with your upper back supporting the weight of your upper body and your head off the bench hanging in a downward position. Keep your body and legs nearly straight while trying to drop the hips downward slightly to help raise the rib cage. Place a barbell on the floor behind your head. Reach back and grip the barbell. (B) Keeping your arms bent, raise the barbell and bring it just above your head to your chest. Lower the bar slowly back to the starting position without touching the floor, Make sure you stretch your lats to their fullest on the way down.
