What exercise does:
The floor press movement strengthens the midpoint of the bench press. As an added benefit, your triceps will
develop dramatically!
Implementation: (A)
You will perform this exactly the same as the bench press except you lay on the ground instead of on a bench. Make sure to pause in the bottom of the movement before lifting the weight.
