WeightLoss Exercises: Bench Machine Press

Bench Machine Press

What exercise does: Machine Presses work the pectoral or chest muscles.

Implementation: (A) Machine presses are great for isolating parts of your chest. For instance you can do an extremely strict incline bench in which the machine isolates your upper chest to a further extent than perhaps a regular incline bench could. The other advantage of a machine is that you can fully concentrate on the muscles without having to concentrate on balancing the weight. A great machine for your chest is a Smith machine. You can use it for incline and flat bench presses. (B) Again perform machine presses as you would a normal bench, press the weight up smoothly and let it down under control.
